Went to the Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve today, got in touch with Mother Nature! Altogether now… take a deep breath of air.
I just fart.
This is the trail we chose to trek in order to actually REACH SBWR. (there are two routes, the other one is a shorter way, with nothing to see except old warehouses. this route actually has… well. nature.)

A ground level shot inside the trail, mangrove swamp area.

Sepia shot of the forested mangrove area, long dried up by now.

Cecilia and Mich having a private moment which involves fingers. (notice the glee in mich? zomg.)

Everywhere was greenery, but this was sticking out like a sore thumb. I had to give it some credit.

After a fourty minute walk, the end of Kranji Trail, and to SBWR entrance!

Resident Cam-Whores.

Who needs the ZOO? Who needs the BIRDPARK?

While I was enjoying the scenery…

Somebody was searching for lost items in the wrong place…

And as we go into the land of little people… I spot D, who looks mesmerized.

You think this looks like a flower? I assure you… It looks nothing like a flower. Looks are deceiving after all.

These feisty buggers pack a painful bite. I should know, I was on all fours for this shot. And an orange beetle looking thingy. Last, a HUGE grasshopper.

And just before this ends,
Talk to the hand people, Cuz the face ain’t listening.
